Atypical 80% dark chocolate bar made with maple sugar
Our beans are sourced from Cahabón, Guatemala through Uncommon Cacao. When the beans are received we roast, crack, sort, winnow, conch, stone ground then temper in small batches.
To keep our chocolate as nutritious as possible we use pure vermount maple sugar instead of white sugar. Maple contains several essential and trace minerals in various amounts including, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. There is no measurable amount of vitamins or minerals in white sugar.
All of our bars are made with just cocoa beans and maple sugar; no added cocoa butter, lecithin, or vanilla. Our chocolate is free of soy, dairy, eggs, and gluten.
